Order and delivery

Have you found something you would like to add to your collection? Great!

Now select your preferred color and/or size and click “Add to Cart”. Feel free to continue browsing; you can always return to your cart by clicking on the cart icon in the top right. It is important to know that adding items to your cart does not automatically mean that they will be held for you.

Are you done shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right to access your selected items. You can change the quantities if necessary. Then click on "Proceed to checkout". This will take you to the payment page, where you can enter all your data in one place.

Remember: once your order is complete, it cannot be changed. We will process your order immediately so you can receive it as soon as possible. Have you made a mistake? If so, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@fivygoods.com

Shipping costs from Fivygoods?

Due to longer delivery times, shipping costs are at our expense.

However, for returning items, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Track delivery on Fivygoods

Of course! We ship all items with Track & Trace. You can track the status of your order via the order status page. You will receive this link by email as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take a little while for the Track & Trace status to be available.

Delivery times from Fivygoods

Fivygoods is committed to ensuring fast and reliable delivery of our products. If you place an order before 3pm on weekdays, we will do our best to dispatch it the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, with average delivery times ranging from 7 to 14 business days.

I'm not home for delivery: what to do?

If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will be held at a courier collection point for 7 days. You will receive a notification from the driver, with the pick-up location information. If this does not happen, please contact the transport company first. We can also contact you at support@fivygoods.com to assist you.

Incorrect address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We do our best to expedite the processing and shipping process, but it is always advisable to double check your shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you suspect that the shipping address is incorrect.

Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the Track & Trace system indicates that the package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report this within 14 days of the indicated delivery date. The courier service will launch an investigation and we will keep you informed of the progress.
