Exchanges and returns
If you accidentally received the wrong products or the products you received are defective, please feel free to contact us via email at support@fivygoods.com to discuss it further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are still in their original and saleable condition.
Once you have returned the items, you will be entitled to a full refund, with return shipping costs at your expense. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange items that have been used, appear to have been opened, or are no longer in their original condition.
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Please send us an email requesting the return form, stating the reason why you wish to return the product.
- Fill out the return form and email it to support@fivygoods.com along with a photo of the products you wish to return.
- Please ensure that your return is well packaged and meets the conditions listed below.
- Please clearly mark the outside of your parcel with the word “Return”.
- Please use an insured and trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
- Please send a follow-up email with your tracking information to support@fivygoods.com
Returns Policy and Guidelines:
- All returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original plastic packaging.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please ensure that all returned items are adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- Please use a trackable and insured shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- Make sure your return form is approved: an unapproved form may cause a delay in processing your return.
- Promotional products are non-returnable.
Please note that returns are processed in China, which means that you will need to ship your return outside of the EU. This may incur additional costs, up to 25 euros, which will not be refunded.
